some abilities don't trigger at times

  When did the issue start?
  When i tried to use a new skill(power surge) on a boss(The Winged Horror). v. 0.5.41698
  What happens?
  Sometimes, Power surge wont activate, even cooldown ready. i wait more than 12 secs for the spell cooldown and it wont activate.
  It happens with all weapons. I use Sanguine Coil, Power Surge and Mirror Strike.
  Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
  No, but i change de default buttons layout. My skills layout buttons are in this order from the UI. Mouse Left Click, Q, E, Shift, R, Mouse Right click and T
  So my button for "power surge" is right mouse click. Othe Shields abilities have no issues.
  Can the devs reproduce the issue? How?
  Well I dont know. But try put power surge on a right mouse button setup and fight winged horror. Try remove the debuffs.
  Have you tried any solutions?
  Yes, restart Pc, Close and open the game, Verify Integrity.

  When I started using Crimson Aegis, today (9 June 2022)
  
  What happens? Please give as many details as possible.
  Crimson Aegis does not seem to trigger at times. Based on my testing, it does not seem to trigger if my mouse cursor is in any of the screen region 'above' my character model.
  Once my mouse cursor is lowered to a certain threshold, the ability can be activated.
  
  Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
  No
  
  Can the devs reproduce the issue? How?
  1. Put mouse cursor in the upper portion of the screen, above character model.
  2. Attempt to use Crimson Aegis, potentially failing to activate.
  3. Hold down key for Crimson Aegis and lower mouse towards character.
  4. Crimson Aegis should activate.
  
  I am able to consistently reproduce this by following the above steps.
  
  Have you tried any solutions?
  As per above, by making sure mouse cursor is in a low position on my screen I can use the ability.

  When I started using Crimson Aegis, around 07/06/2022.
  
  What happens? Please give as many details as possible.
  It's only possible to activate Crimson Aegis if the mouse cursor is next to the character model or above the blood pool indicator.
  Outside these areas, Crimson Aegis simply does not trigger.
  I could not reproduce this with any other skills so far.

  Moving the cursor close to character model of above the blood pool indicator is the only workaround I've been able to find so far.

  Crimson Aegis is not activating when I press R

  When did the issue start? June 26
  I'm trying to use this when fighting Polora and Crimson Aegis stops working in the middle of the fight.
  What happens?
  Shield won't activate, even cooldown ready. When is this going to be fixed? It seems this has been an issue for at least a month looking at everyone's posts.

  I have a similar issue fighting bosses and hammering key but shield ability won't go off, super frustrating. Uninstalling until fixed

  The Chaos ability 'Power Surge' does not activate reliably when the command key is pressed.
  
  I have tried remapping the keys
  
  I have tried swapping spells from R - C and C - R and the other spells work just fine in the slot and then Power Surge doesn't work on a key that was just properly activating the previous spell.
  
  Power Surge works intermittently, or not at all.

  Crimson Aegis and Power Surge can both be applied to your allies as well as yourself. It would be nice if they would automatically target yourself if you're not pointing at an ally, but they currently require a target.
