  are you trying to place the heart on a claimed tile? if so you are unable to do so, it must be unclaimed. if you are moving the heart it needs to be adjacent to a claimed tile while the heart itself is on an unclaimed one

  Report: I cannot place a 2nd Castle Heart. I have the required resources and there is no object in the way. The square is blue but when I click mouse1 nothing happens.
  
  It worked fine a few days ago when I placed a 2nd Heart to move my base, but I don't remember if that was just before or after the May 31st update.
  
  I've tried verifying files through Steam, restarting client and PC, deleting all cfgs in %appdata%, not enabling mods etc.

  In your admin console, toggle observe from 1 back to 2. It should fix various castle building and interaction issues.

  Started about 40hrs into the game
  
  I can place a 2nd heart a few tiles from my castle, but nowhere else on the map. My clan mate can place a heart anywhere, but I cannot place anything within the newly claimed area.
  I get the blue placement option, it calculates the buildable area, but when I click to place nothing happens, no error message just won’t place.
  We both keep getting the message that there is a decaying heart. The message is very brief, to the point that it’s just about visible, there is no 2nd heart.

  Reinstalled the game.
  Checked the config files on the server
  Tested save in SP - works fine
  Tested save on a new server - still can't place
  Increased hearts to 3, can't place elsewhere

  40hrs in game. I am unable to place anything that is not near my base. I can place a 2nd heart a few tiles from my base, but nowhere else on the map. My clan mate can place a 2nd heart anywhere, but I cannot place anything within the newly claimed area.

  You changed the name of my bug report and this does not reflect what the issue is.
  I can still build in my current base, I just can't make a second one.
  My clan mate can place a second heart, But I can't build anything on the newly claimed area.
  I appear to have a 'ghost' heart, but am unable to find it.
  I am not able to delete my char and start again to see if that fixes it. The only solution seems to be to wipe the server, which is a bit harsh on the other players as I am the only one with this issue.
