Human Form does not automatically appear in vampire powers wheel

  Same here, kill the tailor many times, never get the human form.

  Just realize that human form is not auto add to the wheel, but if you go to ability selection>vampire powers you can add it to the wheel manually.

  Same and it disappears after relog I have to move it again to the powers wheel
