Loading Issue 9/10

Hello, i am stuck on the loading screen.

I tried reinstalling / verifying / windows updates. heck i even tried reallocating memory. But i am still stuck on the loading page 9/10

Since Tuesday 28th, we can't connect to our fully paid and active server on G-portal.
Various checks with the supplier of the server space were performed and all seem to be working well on their end. When progressing to connect to server listed in game, window for password does not appear, if you press play, it says connecting 1/5 when it gets to 5/5 it says error: server unresponsive
