Major visual bug for different types of Heart drops

REPORT:
Unsullied Hearts and Exquisite Hearts changed their look when they're dropped from the enemy or from the player's inventory. The Unsullied Hearts now look like an Exquisite Heart dropped and the Exquisite Heart looks like blood essence/tainted heart dropped.

It can be reproduced by dropping the mentioned items from your inventory, or by killing enemies that drop them.

I had such a problem finding exquisite hearts in silverlight hills until I realized that they look like small blood essence loot for some reason. I dont know if it was like this from start but it is very annoying
