New LowerFpsWhenEmpty default values cause missions to take longer if server is empty

After the 0.5.42553 (Hotfix 8) update, missions seem to take longer if the default settings for LowerFPSWhenEmpty are set to the default. I captured some values:
With the Lower FPS When Empty default settings (true/1 fps):
10:39:34 AM - Dunley Monastery Mission time left: 4h 27m 21s
10:50:24 AM - Dunley Monastery Mission time left: 4h 23m 16s
Real time: 10m 50s
Game time: 4m 5s
With the Lower FPS When Empty turned off (false)
11:00:36 AM - Dunley Monastery Mission time left: 4h 26m 55s
11:11:25 AM - Dunley Monastery Mission time left: 4h 16m 6s
Real time: 10m 49s
Game time: 10m 49s
Those were captured on a private server running on docker/wine, using the mephi00 docker image. All settings are the default, except for inventory stack sizes that is 4.

When did the issue start? Were you able to play the game before?

What happens? Please give as many details as possible.
A 23 hour mission no longer takes 23 hours. Missions I started at 915pm GMT-4 are still ongoing today.
Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
No.
Can the devs reproduce the issue? How?
I believe this issue is tied to the newly added "LowerFPSWhenEmpty" and "LowerFPSWhenEmptyValue" flags.
Have you tried any solutions?
I don't have access to this particular server, so I can't properly test my theory.
-Verify files: Steam > Right click on V Rising > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game files

AlanSame issue on my end.
I started servant missions on Tuesday. Those same missions are still ongoing. The only thing that changed between then and now is the LowerFPSWhenEmpty and LowerFPSWhenEmptyValue tags. I think either the default FPS ("1") might be too low, or the LowerFPSWhenEmpty flag itself is throttling the server application itself. But I'm just spitballing, and have no real way to test it. -

Brad miller Mergedhello, not sure if its been reported yet but after todays patch my servants time to return has been bugging out. For instance, i had them start their hunt at 8pm est yesterday for 23hrs logged on today at 8pm est again and they still said another 1 1/2 hours left.. so i thought it was odd and logged off to give it more time but just now logged on again 1145pm est and it still has them all like 45 mins remaining. its never happened before so im assuming its in the new patch. thanks for reading/sending this to where it needs to go! :D

Braxton MergedOver the last couple of days servant hunt timers have not been completing as scheduled. At approximately 9PM last night I sent three teams out for 16 hour hunts. Now at 3PM the following day these teams still have nearly 8 hours remaining on their hunt. I had also sent one out on an 8 hour hunt at 6AM and at 3PM they still have another 3 hours remaining. Injury times have been incorrect as well. One of my servants had about 3 hours until they were healed, so I set a timer with the plan to send everyone out at once. When I came back they still had about 1.5 hours left. So it would appear times are taking about 50% longer than expected.

DouglasToddWe have this issue as well, only started since the 0.5.42533 patch.

REPORT: Servants are sent on 8 hour mission, but mission takes over 16 hours to complete. Server is active and running the entire time, but not always populated with players. All players on server have issue. Issue began on 7/6/2022 after applying patch 0.5.42553. Players initially thought the longer timers was due to the update/reboot, however new missions have encountered the same issue.
To replicate, run a server on patch 0.5.42553 and send out servants on 8 hour missions (or longer). Log off all players from server. Check back in 8 hours, note time remaining for missions.
-Verify files: verified client and server, did not fix.
-Restart: restarted server and client, did not fix.
We are using a Private Server.

Leon MergedRunning a PVP server and servants on a 23hr hunt return in 23hrs realtime whether logged in or not. Until today, when when offline the time seems to run at about 25% speed and 100% when logged in

Jim MergedHunts no longer take their specified time to complete. This was introduced after the last hotfix patch on Weds 6th July (it was fine prior to that). e.g. 16 hour hunts started on Weds night have still not completed. A 2hour hunt started today (after game file verification, PC and Server restarts) is still showing 1h7mins remaining after 2 hours.
I'm running a private gportal server that's on 24x7. I see in discord that this is happening on official gportal servers as well (https://discord.com/channels/803241158054510612/976195492180529242)
Games files verified ok. PC restarted. Server restarted. Did not resolve the issue.

Same problem to me
It seems to me that there is a problem with hunting times for slaves. I launched different hunts on Wednesday around 11 pm, it was indicated 23H of hunting. Last night, around 10:00pm, I go to collect the loot and it tells me another 10 hours of hunting. Today at 4:00 pm, it tells me 3:30 more hunting hours.
I don’t know what patch it’s been running since, but the hunting before Wednesday worked very well.

Graham MergedOn my private server servants are taking 48 hours to do a 23 hour mission. Eg I started a 23 hour mission last night and logged in to see the progress 13 hours later and the mission timer still has 19 hours left rather than 10. This used to work
