Half the Build Menu is Greyed Out ( Cannot Click)

The right half of the build menu is greyed out and cannot use. This occurs when using the build menu the first time after login. Closing and reopening the build menu fixes the issue.

This happens after login for me as well, but on login I also have a bunch of my build menu items showing as new, even though I've had them unlocked for a long time.
