Game crashes graphics card/drivers regularly

Running the game on medium graphics preset, the game willcrash the graphics drivers between 20 mins and 1 hour of gameplay, sometimes causing a full system reset.
Issue first started a few hours after first playing the game.
Have verified game files and made sure my graphics drivers are up to date.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9
Graphics card: AMD RX 5700 XT
32GB RAM

On further experimentation, It seems to be either the High Quality Vegetation or High Quality Atmosphere options that's causing it. Will test with other settings higher with those turned off.
