Resource Node Spawn Clipped in Terrain

I found a sulfur node clipping through the terrain, it is still farmable but very hard to see.

Dustin Mergedfour or five resource nodes respawned through the grass foundations and alchemy lab foundations. Happened a few minutes after starting up private pve server.

Private Servers Hosted localy on my PC;
First time encountering this irregularity, steps done before this happened.
Decoratet room with royal wallpapers and added Wall torches..
needed to log off and on today a couple of time in quick succesion for personal reasons..
Node apperead directly after the last login.
Remocing the floor reveals an intended Stone node spot (small stone circle on the ground from where the nodes regrow)
It was possibel to farm the node regulary and so far it did not regrow after an hour of playing. -
