Windowed Fullscreen doesn't cover the task bar, instead being under it

The windowed fullscreen option doesn't cover the task bar of my computer which means that a significant part of my game is un-viewable while playing. This makes me have to play on fullscreen propper, which is quite distruptive. Windowed mode also doesn't respect the task bar.
