Wheel-mouse scroll in workbench shouldn't zoom the main camera

I know that the mouse wheel allows you to zoom in on your character in the game which is pretty cool but when you access the workbench and use the mouse to scroll through the crafting menu it also zooms the camera in and out which is not big deal but it's a little bit strange and disconcerting

Report: Opening two scrollable views makes the first loose its capability to prevent camera zoom. This thread (https://bugs.playvrising.com/suggestions/447632/wheelmouse-scroll-in-workbench-shouldnt-zoom-the-main-camera) may be related.

I have tried verifying game files and restarting my PC, but I still get the same issue.
