Loading game after hotfix has broken UI elements

REPORT:
After today's update I attempted to resume my save file (private world, locally hosted), however a lot of the UI elements have bugged out.
To list examples:
Workbench UI shows craftable items but does not list ingredient requirements
Research table UI shows headings but no actual research items.
The "K" menu to access V Blood targets, lists gear score but rest of menu is blank. No targets or level requirements are listed.
None of the headings for changing to spells, powers or emotes work.
Crafting list on player inventory is blank.

Have you tried any solutions?
Have verified files - none missing
Have rebooted PC - Same issue
