Blood Hunger activation not showing all nearby blood type %

As the title says, when activating blood hunger the enemies that are on screen sometimes don't show their blood type and %. When I move around and find new enemies they all show perfectly fine, this only happens when it is activated and enemies are onscreen.

The issue seems to happen when you mouse over the enemy before activating blood hunger mode.

I believe I may have found the triggering problem. It seems at the very least that any NPC you have moused over to ascertain blood % before switching to Blood Hunter form will not reveal the the Blood Hunger info panel unless you walk away and come back or switch out of Blood Hunter and back in.

I have observed this too. It does not properly update on nearby units when you enter or leave Blood Hunger. It can also stick to showing blood quality instead of a healthbar when you leave it.

To add to this bug report;

When using Blood Hunger there is inconsistent behavior with creatures who have HP bars visible (been damaged) and if someone is damaged while you can see their blood type, and you exit blood hunger, their HP bar will often never appear. This also occurs regularly with V Blood bosses. Approaching them with Blood Hunger active then hitting them makes their Boss HP bar never show up.

Also; anything that already has a HP bar visible will never show Blood type and % if you switch to blood hunger.

This ability was consistently working before Gloomrot.

Can confirm. Easy to reproduce almost anywhere if you change forms repeatedly, even in your prison. Rat > blood hunger > cancel > blood hunger, quickly shows the bug

When you activate blood hunger (or whatever its called now) to see blood type and %, any models on the screen don't update their view with the hunger values. you have to look away from them (off camera) and back to see their title bars updates with hunger values.

Report: Can confirm about the irregular behavior of Blood Hunger, it has many triggers of the bug, I'm too lazy to test it throughout and report, many people already mentioned most of them. I made a video that shows the strange behaviors to create a post, then I found this thread.
I haven't modified my game files and haven't installed any mods.

it seems when you activate blood hunger to see blood type and percentage, if you to close to enemies their blood type wont appear over them and i've noticed this happens when i hover over the enemy then use blood hunger and the blood type on appear. on another note with health bars for me at least when i fight while in blood hunger then come out of it i can't see the small enemy health bars and have to hover my mouse over them so see how much health they have. but this also happens when enemies fight each other and i join the fight i cant see come of the small health bars. im not sure if this is a problem with blood hunger or UI.

I find if you hover hover the people then use this ability the ones you hovered over don't show

Look like the problem are only when you activate blood hunger, when you can see mobs, it is not all of them the show blood type, if you move around with blood hunger active, new mobs you see, will show blood type.

forgot, you can move out of line of sight, and in to it again, then the blood type, will show.
