Dedicated shared server disconnects and "disappears"

After 17th of May and Gloomrot launch our dedicated server had no problems until yesterday afternoon. Now we get the skull image over the map and Disconnected about 30 min to 1 hour intervals. In addition after crashing the server "disappears" from the server list, so it can't be found and if tried to access from the Continue-menu it shows "unknown", the password field is missing and if pressed "Join" can't connect. This happened again just, so the fix for the private servers did not fix the situation. Our server is hosted at G-Portal by a friend.

Update on the matter: Now the server thankfully does not disappear anymore from the list, still getting connection cut offs annoingly regularly and a relatively long period without able to connect back to the game after the disconnect which has led to some unfortunate dying experiences... However, we've contacted G-Portal support and this might be related to a hardware problem at their end too.

Update: This situation has been resolved for us by G-Portal, it turned out to be a problem at their end. Thank you for the awesome game that is V Rising!
