ice block ability doesn't work after using it when fighting Henry blackbrew the doctor, When i replace it and then select it again it can be cast once only.

Ice block doesn't work when the mouse on any target. The last test was on a horse

I have tried multiple hotkeys with ice block and no matter what key i put it on, it only works like 5% of the time. (fighting henry blackbrew the doctor here too, but even on trash mobs it does not go off when activated. I even tried removing the gem in the socket, no change. I am using the most current build on a pve official server.
