Freezing item transfer

I played last night 05-23-23 and at times I had to relog the game because nothing worked, I couldn't move items into the chest or take items out.

Game stops running smoothly, at this moment items going between inventory and stash dont seem to be moving, upon exist from inventory and stash the character seems to be stuck on the stash action untill game catches up.

In inventory, when transfering items to chest. It happened once. PC froze completely, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Ctrl+Shift+Esc, Alt+Tab not working, needed to hard reset
