Rogue Blood Type reduction to travel spell cooldown does not work with Veil of Chaos and Illusion
Veil of Chaos and Veil of Illusion are the only travel spells that have two instances you can activate and that seems to mess up the cooldown reduction.

Gillyslicks MergedI've tested pistols with all dashes and skills that have the potential buff of "next primary attack (x)" and it seems like it works maybe 1/8 times or so. I have most experience with the veil of illusion dash as it's one of the best gems that I've rolled and it doesn't net me the 4 extra phantasm on hit, give me a shield when hitting a weakened target, or snare the target on next primary and my gem gives me all 3 effects. I rarely notice the benefits. it seems like sometimes it may only work if I attack immediately after the dash as soon as possible and other times that doesn't seem to help either. I've notice this with other skills as well but don't have as much experience with them to give estimated success rates.

Emet_CairnIt also seems that Veil of Chaos isn't affected by cooldown reduction from jewelry pieces (like Amulet of the Master Spellweaver), while other dashes like veil of blood get their cooldowns reduced.

ZuriStill doesn't work well to lower cd on the dashes which would be really nice for them to be able to benefit from the rogue blood and necklace
