Game locks up/ freezes for up to 20 seconds every few minutes

When did the issue start? Were you able to play the game before?
Hotfix #3 after the gloomrot dlc, Yes i was playing just fine until that hotfix that day.
What happens? Please give as many details as possible.
Screen completely freezes and locks up every few minutes for about 10 seconds. Tested in both single player offline and on a friends server, both produced the same problem. Happens in the main menu too.
Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? No.
Can the devs reproduce the issue? How? No.
Have you tried any solutions?
-Verify files: Steam > Right click on V Rising > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game files
-Please try restarting your PC
Yes, tried all of the above.
For server issues, is the server Official / Public non-official / Private? N/A

Volzam Mergedafter the update i had freezing in the games evry 2s,it's the same as the fps drop

Report: After 3 hours of gameplay, my keyboard stops working for about 30 seconds then comes back. My drivers are good, my battery is good. Other games did not show this issue. Then I'm able to play for a few minutes then it repeats.
I have tried verifying game files and restarting my PC, but I still get the same issue.
