Bat form enemies able to land inside my castle

The territory for the bottom right Silverlight hills buildable area doesn't fully cover the part near the waterfall so enemies have been landing up there and jumping over the river to get inside of my base. Not sure if this is a bug or intended but kind of sucky to have to live with.

Players can somehow abuse bat form and get into rooms alon the edges of castles.

This is a serious game bug and ruins pvp.
People are raiding by glitching inside.

Exploiter quit the server but logs on to despawn shards ,other players loot and even kill servants/prisoners reason we know it’s a player is they were caught in the act but quickly logged off before proof could be taken. Other players have complained about stuff missing and logging on to find their loot on the ground and missing prisoners (which could explain why there’s missing prisoners reports) please look into this, only info we could gather is it has something to do with bat/frog form and castle edges/higher floors.

Addidtion info:

It might be related to changing to batform, then using the shade at the right second.
It might result in a jump putting you on roofs.

On my castle they got onto roof platform, and into rooms that was along the castle border.
I never saw them on the level below top level, nor any rooms that didnt have another room outside it.
So my solution was honeycombing the outer layer, so they only got into a 1x1 if they got in again.

happen today on sever 1177 by the player Alexandra, she got into multiple castles outside of raid time, then she deleted shards from another clan and droped them on the ground until they despawned, also despawned items in 4 diffrent castles from my clan. everthing outside of the raid time and without breaking any wall, so playing on this sever becomes impossible, why even try to get the shards when some one can just glitch in youre castle and despawn everything,

Try changing to batform.. then press space right befor u fly up and sometghing weird happens.
Ive tried all kinds of things.. but not able to replicate

today she was online for 8-10 hours do this all over the server. Including 2 of the shards.
3 clans have said the quit already

Maybe it is not related but i have witnessed this strange "jump" when i change a floor tile type in my castle while i step on it.
For example while being on 3rd floor and changed an edge tile, it jumped me out of my castle on the ground level.
The other time i had a tree planted on an edged tile, changed the floor type and the tree moved on another tile inside my castle without the growing plot. (the plot didn't move)
