plants growing though floor

in my castle i have multiple places where plants are growing through the floor of my castle

I annoyingly had the same issue but figured out a work around to clear them up. If you place a bench / chest etc on the tile it will clear it. Just annoying to have to pick up and drop a chest around the place if you want to be rid of them.

I go into the game (single player) and suddenly see that some sprouted plants have appeared here and there.
They cannot be cut.
Relog didn't help.
The only thing that helped was removing the castle base tile and putting it back.
