Castle Heart Vanishing
Castle heart vanishes upon log in. Sharing a castle with one addition person. When they log in the castle heart is gone despite the entire castle still being intact. They can't interact with anything in build mode with the error "Missing Ownership." Inner castle teleporters display missing pair for them as well. They can teleport into the castle waygate but not outbound. All other castle hearts and castles work fine. Tried moving the heart and it just moves the grass plot with no change to the bug. Tried restarting the server with no change to the bug.

I originally posted this some days ago.
The issue is complicated and 1000 characters is not enough to explain.
The gist is basically...
WHENEVER I SEND OUT 'MOST' OF MY SERVANTS, MY CASTLE HEART DISAPPEARS AND I 'LOSE' OWNERSHIP OF MY CASTLE UNTIL THE SERVANTS RETURN.
I suspect that it has something to do with:
- 50/50 clan size (many of whom have max servants)
- High population server incurring lag
- Gloomrot type servants who technically count as more than one entity in battle -

My whole castle seems to be someone else
Finally, I found that I had built the location of the heart of the castle and it was invisible!!!! Can't interact with it, delete it -

Baki MergedThe server restarted, and when I logged in the castle heart is invisible, It says I own the location and I have 1 heart placed, but I can't use the throne/casket.
I can run into it, so it is still there in the same spot, just invisible and I can't interact with it/move it/delete it. -

REPORT:
It seems like the issue has started since someone built his/her 1st castle, totalling the amount to 21 castles..
My theory is the fact our server admin has set the amount of castles per person to 2 and the amount of tribe members to 50. As the hard limit is 10 per tribe according to the wiki, my guess is the server expects a max of 20 castles and is prioritizing the newest. As i was the 1st with a 2nd castle, my castle counts as "the one that shouldn't exist"..
The castle heart itself turns invisible (but doesn't break floor, so roof stays. i'm still the owner, but can't interact with teleporters, servantcoffins or my waygate. Castle wall doesn't show list of owners, bar is yellow. castle plot on map still shows me as owner and allows me to tp in, but not out.
The castle heart magically reappears when i leave the tribe, which made me think of this theory. -

BLiNNeMaNSi can also confirm i had all my servants out on mission. Hadn't thought of that.
but as mentioned: you can temp fix it by leaving tribe (and getting a reinvite to tribe will keep it fixed until next time it happens) -

JohnFK2I just had the same issue happening to me when logging in this morning. Castle heart is invisible, can't interact with it, can't add a new one on the same territory as the territory is still considered as claimed, can't build anything on its spot, working stations show there's no castle heart, but i can still use them. I can interact with the storage, but can't interact with the shard towers.
On this character i have 4/5 castle hearts to my name, we're on a tribe of 6 people out of 10, the only thing is that we pushed the servants limit to 100, and i have 40+ servants in this castle. This happened after i added 12 servants in my castle, previously i had 30+ servants.

xindium MergedMy castle heart vanished in pve game, and I lost ownership of it. Unable to build a new heart to fix it. There was plenty of blood essence within.

JohnFK2Updating after hotfix 7 and 8, issue keeps happening, issue seems to occure when sending more than 30 servants in missions, haven't done more tests though, the server limit seems to be capped at 35 servants per castle, but issue occures when sending over 30 servants.
