My Vampire became permanently uninterruptable and immovable

REPORT:
A day or two ago it seems my Vampire became fully immune to enemy interrupt and forced movement effects. I can attack during enemy Spear Q, dash out of it, Spear E or Chaos shield don't move me at all.

It seems permanent and it doesn't stop when I die and respawn to any source, or unequip and drop every single last item and unequip and drop every last spell jewel.

I haven't installed any mods whatsoever, pure build. I sadly have no idea how you can reproduce this, but hit me up on discord and I'll gladly provide any logs you need and a demonstration.

In case this is a server issue, it's an official public server 1160, 3-month weekend raids. I am named "Alistar" there.

Update: Still ongoing, and a server restart that happened didn't fix it either

Hi there! I found this bug today too while sparring with admins and friends in a PVP Server. Last night, everything was fine. But something changed and now I can't move from my enemies; spear E, Mace E, etc. BUT I can still get incapacitated and other conditions. It's similar to Ice Block's movement immunity.

My Build: Blood Fountain + Ice Block
In-game events before I found the bug:
1. Mounted on a different horse.
2. Got 3 prisoners turned to mutants accidentally.
3. Fishing in Cursed Forest.
4. In the forest, many frogs pulled me with their tongue while i was spamming ice block.
