Game Start bug
Hi,
I can get as far as the region/birthday setting but I can't get any further.
Yesterday I got into the game as normal.

Thank you for your report! We would like to inform you that a workaround has been found for this issue:
1. Exit the Game
2. Navigate to your local Client Settings folder (%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising\Settings\v3\)
3. Delete the "ClientSettings.json" file
4. Relaunch the game and it should work

Thank you for your report! If you somehow entered the wrong birthdate when you accessed the game, you may try to change it by doing the following:
1. Exit the Game
2. Navigate to your local Client Settings folder (%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising\Settings\v3\)
3. Delete the "ClientSettings.json" file
4. Relaunch the game and it should work

Elijahok i found my issue i think anyway. there was a post having a different but similar issue of a frozen screen at startup. They suggested to go to %appdata%..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising\Settings\v3 and deleting that setting file. this did not work however i deleted the v1 v2 and v3 settings and it worked

SapphonElijah is correct. You have to go into Drive:/users/insert_username/%appdata%..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising\Settings and Delete v1,v2,v3 and restart your game, and you'll be good to go.

DubiousDocSimilar issue, get to the select region screen. Enter info next button turns red and no response from game. Uninstalled game and restarted PC. Re-Installed. Same issue.

McFlintiusI have found a solution for myself.

I deleted the game in Steam and deleted all folders on the hard disk under Users and reinstalled it. Then it worked. -

No matter what region and date of birth I select I cannot advance, the button lights up red but nothing happens.
Tried five times, after restarts and updating drivers, and even one re-install.
Paid for an unplayable game. Incredible. -

An MergedWhen I launch the game It says while loading:
Due to my regions data privacy policy I can not use my voice chat or see world chat. I'm 34 years old... I downloaded the game from steam. Validating or redownloading the game does not solve the issue. Please help.
