Cannot move Castle Heart

REPORT:

I'm running a server and no one can move their castle hearts to a new floor space.
We all get a message saying "Cannot dismantle a floor that would separate a section of your Castle from your Castle Heart".

I've attached screenshots with the problem.

I've also tried just creating a 6x6 square with the heart in the middle and then tried moving it and I get the same error.

On Single Player it works fine.

Please attach the following files in an email to logs@playvrising.com with a short description of the issue:
-The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
(located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising )
-The Player-server.log file and the Player-server-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
(located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising )
-A copy of the ServerGameSettings.json file
(located in the saves folder for the server. Can be found by selecting the server in the Load Game menu and clicking the "Go To Directory" button)

Thank you for helping us track down the cause of this issue, we will do our best to identify a fix as soon as possible!

I was playing the game fine last night and then today it won't let me build anything in the castle and won't let me place my castle heart down (team mates is the only one down) we have done EVERYTHING deleted the game, reinstalled, verified the game files, banned and unbanned my character, left clan EVERYTHING still not working. Please fix this, I am playing in a Aus community based server and I have heard this is happening in the US as well.

Hey, I noticed that i cant move my castle heart around the base even if it is withing the same claimed land. This used to be a thing so is this a bug?

When relocating castle, items showing 85/85 structures placed but the finalize button cannot be pressed.
Still showing "Required items not placed!"

Edit: nvm, found the issue immediately, blood press looks grayed out but actually wasn't, once that's put down the relocation can be run.
The extra items counted because I built the palisade entrance not attached to any walls, thus creating an extra palisade pillar, counting towards the total 85 structures.

Cannot move the castle hearth within same territory, no matter what i try: claim all square and build floors around or remove them, once you placed the heart you are stuck with it in the initial position. This is huge problem especially in pvp where many spots have big rocks all around that you cannot gather without bear at lvl10 and force you with the hearth in an awkard position.

I've tried verify files, restarting pc, switch owner of the castle, switch to controller instead of keyboard, removing tiles moving tiles, everything it just doesnt work. and gives everytime the same issue "cannot dismantle a floor that would separate a section of your castle from your castle heart". Added an imagine of one of many different tries to move it, the floors under the heart were claimed. In this server i'm not the only one with this problem and i've seen other in discord experiencing this.

Same problem exact problem I even tried moving the castle heart around the base without ANY structure placed in the base, didn't work either

i cannot move my castle. it says i still have 2 walls to place but i actually i cannot b/c it says: no more structures available.

edit: i could place all my walls (i do not understand the logic behind it though). but i still cannot relocate. i placed all my stuff, but still got only 179/201 "required items not placesd!".
also when i go through the list of objects to be placed it sometimes (still) says "no more structures available" and sometimes "structure already placed", although i placed all my stuf - again no apparent logic behind it.

edit 2: i got it to work. somehow. i do not understand what i did differently, but on try no 3 it worked.

My friend Chessia is relocating castle to a new spot.

However she doesn't see the guide text in upper left corner instead it shows for me and Im not in the same team/clan, technically an enemy.

I can also access the build menu and see her items to be transfered.

When trying to move the castle to a new location, it is impossible to fulfill the requirement to place mandatory structures. Even with the placement of ALL available structures, 33/34 remains. Is this a bug or are we doing something wrong?
