Teleportation Not Working

When using the teleport, holding F is supposed to bring up the map. However, what is currently happening about 50% of the time is that the icon showing "teleport" goes grey and doesn't actually bring up the teleport map. There is no mods, no combat nearby, we cannot figure out the cause and we cannot replicate it on command. Its not TOO big of an issue, but we wanted to put it on your radar :)

When did the issue start? Were you able to play the game before?
What happens? Teleport fails to open map on first activation

Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? No

Can the devs reproduce the issue? How? Yes, activate the teleporter, and it will not open the map the first time. It will open the map on the second activation (effectively, making players activate twice in a row to get it to work once)

Have you tried any solutions? Yes, shapeshifting, different teleport locations, there is nothing dictating the cause.

-Verify files: done, this not the problem
-Please try restarting your PC: haha yea.. done but this is not a solution either.

My teleport fails about 75% of the time, meaning I have to try to teleport about 3-4 times for it to work most of the time.

Same issue. Very annoying, it is failing about 10 times before any of us can get it to activate.

We have not been able to reproduce this issue.

There have been some other fixes regarding interaction and waygates / teleporters, so wondering if anyone still has this issue, if they are reproducible (on any session, or just specific servers/saves), and provide detailed steps on how to reproduce.
