Unable to move or dismantle stairs on edge of territory

REPORT: Hello I want to report a bug where a certain indoors set of stairs becomes 100% undismantable/unmovable after being placed in such a way that the top part of it leads to the very limit of your terrain. You can't build a tile on top of it for that reason, too. This is on an official server with standard settings.

I can't disassemble or move stairs once placed either.

Still a bug IMO, but sometimes if you dismantle everything around it, it will let you dismantle it then. Try taking out the wall the top of the stairs is touching, and likely the floor that the wall is attached to also.

Deconstruction fails with no message.

Stairs lead to edge of territory, so cannot build floor at top of stairs.

When placing stairs that connect to the edge of the border, it will cause a railing to spawn at the end edge and you'll be unable to dismantle the stairs. There is no error message when attempting to dismantle and the actions just does not work once the dismantle completes.
