Voltatia Slow-Moving Beam Bug

When fighting Voltatia, her slow-moving beam jumps around extremely quickly and literally locks onto the people she is fighting when it's supposed to be a steady, slow-moving beam. The rate at which she can swing it around makes it almost impossible to fight her even when at the same level due to the fact it literally cannot be avoided because she has an auto-lock.

voltatia deploys her channeled laser as normal at player location, but then after about a half second rapidly sweeps towards the player to readjust. I notice it happening with player move-speed buff. low latency, everything else works normal.

I Was doing the Level 77 Voltatia the Power Master Boss . My friends had done it the day before me and didnt witness this during the boss fight. The boss Turns instantly for me after casting beam , instead of doing it steady and slowly which makes it impossible to avoid . Even when they Split into 2 bosses they both do it.

This is the first bug I came across until now and I think I should have reported it.

Ive noticed it happen more frequently with condemn build or after an allied skeleton despawns

Would like to have commentary from Admin as to if this bug will be addressed soon or if this is "working as intended"? Or if because it is listed or posted and addressed as a known issue that it will eventually be fixed.

First time playing in 6 months. Was expecting this to be fixed but, still here. She doesn't start doing it till mid fight most of the time. Most annoying bug in the game for me and it's not close.
