Cannot track new V Blood

After defeating Vincent the Frostbringer (and bypassing killing the three V Blood at lv 44 below Vincent) (see image), i can no longer select any v blood target that have not been completed. The icons of the V blood targets to track below Vincent are no longer selectable. (same as any v blood target above level 44). This is a 2-day old playthrough with the new patch.

Cancel this report, my ring was damaged, and i realized that the minimum gear level to view these v blood was no longer achieved. sorry for the inconvenient.

I'm at gear level 83 now so I should have all the V Blood visible in the "menu" but now the list of V Bloods stops with Solarus as the highest level V Blood.
This start a day or 2 ago... so 2023-05-28 probably and I have the latest version of the game as of this date.

is what I can see though it is hard to read.

You can see the top of the V Blood listing in the image is just Solarus. None of the 1 or more Gloomrot V Bloods above him are showing and I cannot scroll up any higher
