Phantom Aegis with jewel removes All Negative Effects

REPORT:
When fighting Henry Blackbrew. Using Phantom Aegis with a jewel that 'removes all negative effects'. Using does not remove the electrical negative effect from Henry.

If this is intentional, clarification should be added to the tooltip as its not "All" negative effects.

Phantom Aegis jewel was also triggering Heart Strike from Wilfred. Status appears, hit phantom aegis to remove it, heart strike triggers and kills me.

Additionally Ellectric Amplify from Henry Blackbrew is not removed and while understandable why it does not they also dont remove Garlic stacks inside or outside of Garlic zones and I also tried resetting the Myterious Forrest debuf with this effect on either Blood Fountain or Blood Rage
