Devoted mobs don't display blood aura with high blood quality

The Devoted mobs found in Dunley Monastary and around Silverlight Hills do not display a blood aura around themselves if they have high quality blood, unlike other mobs.

I was about to raise this too, have a 100% warrior from the monastery and no aura.

Lonely Yellow Merged
I have found a Devoted NPC that I have captured that does not have the 90%+ red aura around them. Not sure if this is a single issue with this NPC or with the Devoted NPC in general.
