Random CTD (Was completely stable until the latest patch)

Hello, as stated above my game was completely stable until the latest patch to which now I am crashing straight to desktop without any warning. Sometimes I can play for 30 minutes and then a CTD. Other times a minute or two from logging in. Before this patch I never crashed once. I've done no driver updates or any hardware updates since or before the update. I play on one of the official servers.
