Putrid Rat resets while being under ground - impossible to kill and my castle now has two of the buggers permanently reciding there

I also have problems with a rat - it's some kind of impassable boss, if you move too far away from it, it resets to the beginning! and so step by step, and then completely disappeared! and an innocent heart went to her!!! It needs to be fixed! This is unrealistic!
