putrid rats are disappearing after summoning for defensive purposes

When did the issue start? --It all started within the last 5 days.
Were you able to play the game before? --Game is playable
What happens? --I have two rat stations in a fully enclosed room on the first floor with alchemy floors. Load each station with enough materials to make the max amount of putrid rats each station. I have seen them spawning the rats just fine and I know they are being made so I leave them alone but when I come back the next day they are all gone.
Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? --All standard install and game files
Can the devs reproduce the issue? --I am not sure how you would reproduce the issue other than putting two rat stations in a room and sealing it up then checking back.
