PVP Players using explosives to extend respawn

Dropped explosives on us after killing and then our respawn timer goes up to 140 seconds. On top of that when we were able to respawn, we'd respawn already downed. This pretty much knocked us out of the fight entirely cause our gear was double or triple damaged from one 'death'. On an official server btw #4026.
