After the update on the 25th, there was an issue that the game could not be played offline
The update announcement shows that this update fixes an issue where some players cannot open the local server in offline mode. However, I can open the offline mode to enter the game before the update, and after the update, I have the problem that I cannot open the game, and I have been connecting, and then I will report an error that the remote server is not responding. This has not been encountered before.
No mods installed. There are no modifications. Tried checking the integrity of the game content and restarting the game and PC.
This is a serious bug, hope to fix it soon, thank you

Gutchynsky AdminGreetings Isbys!
Thank you for reaching out to us! In order to investigate this issue further we need some more information.
Is this an Official, Public non-official or Private server?
Please attach the following files:
-The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
(located here: %localappdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
-The Player-server.log file and the Player-server-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened if they are the server host
(located here: %localappdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
-The .dmp file generated if there was a crash
(located here: %localappdata%\Temp\Stunlock Studios\VRising\Crashes\)
It would also be a huge help if you have any videos or pictures of the issue.
Thank you for helping us track down the cause of this issue, we will do our best to identify a fix as soon as possible. -

E.K.I encountered this issue and doing some digging comparing servers before and after this update, it seems now the game incorrectly generates a ServerGameSettings & ServerHostSettings that don't actually work when using the in-game multiplayer presets. Servers do not show up and don't allow connection or steam invites immediately after being created, but if you access the server's files and manually edit your host settings file and set the server to visible in the game settings file then the newly created server will now work again and allow joining when launched.
