Cannot interact with silver mine gate

I'm unable to use the silver mine gate adjacent to the V Boss "Sir Magnus the Overseer". At best when I'm inside of the silver mine zone I can see the interaction icon for a fraction of a second, but when I try to use it, it immediately disappears and I'm unable to interact with the gate from neither inside or outside.

I have been relying on other players to let me out of the silver mines and this has occurred on multiple servers for me, leading me to believe that it's a flaw somehow attached to my account.

I have already verified the game data but with no luck fixing the problem.

Please look into this bug as its literally impossible to get the materials I need without the help of other players.

I think it is not a bug. There is a secret road. And why in that road are guarders.

Continue, because devs create guarder mean guarders try to defend the road and that road is piece of the game. :)

I have used the side road numerous times. I have also done troubleshooting with other players to prove that they can interact with the gate whereas i cannot. This bug needs to be fixed!
The gate us unusable to me.

Same problem for me, killed the boss wanted to open the door and nothing. The Writing is turning grey, white, grey, white and so on but my char wont open the door cause the action is always interrupted after maximum 1second.
Its defintive a bug and the sideroad is for getting into the mine but not out of the mine.
