We're very sorry to hear you've encountered server issues when playing V Rising. Since this could be the result of many different things, it would greatly help to narrow the potential causes if you would provide us with your log files.
The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log file reset after every game restart, so they need to be copied right after the incident took place! They are located in the following directory:
(%localappdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
The Player-server.log file and the Player-server-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
(located here: %localappdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
Send the files over to us at logs@playvrising.com, make sure to attach your Steam nickname and a short description of the situation.
We'll gladly take a look into this situation as soon as we receive the files!
