problem with npc's target lock on

A year ago, I run in to a bug, were some of the cleric's and the gunmen in silverlight hills, along with the shadow creature's in cursed forest and frostmaw, was able to ignore the decoy, when I made a dash and still got attack as I was in cloak. Late update the shadow creture's and frostmaw, was ok, but the bug still show up, some time with the cleric's and the gunmen.

But now, oh boy, now I run in to the bug already in farbane woods and dunley farmlands. seen dogs, shieldmen and archer's go for me after a dash.

One interesting thing happen, I was fighting a werewolf, and it was following me after I dash, it did not attack me as long I was cloaked, and now that I think abut it, it has always ben range npc, who hit me after dash, guess this is because range attack are charge up attacks, and they don't target the decoy from the dash, but me.
