New characters become “Deer” on servers

Hi we have found a bug for private severs, when you spawn CHAR_VampireMale (Deer) and kill it when new players make a character sometimes the new character skips the character creation and is instantly killed and the death location is exactly where the CHAR-VampireMale was killed.
Once this is in the system there is nothing you can do to fix it until you do a fresh wipe.
