Crashes when creating a character

What happens? — When creating a character (when I have already completely chosen everything), I press the “start game” button, at this moment the game freezes and crashes to the main menu.
I haven’t played your game for a long time and now I decided to remember and run into it. And as of today, I can’t start the game after creating a character.

Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? — No, I didn't change or install anything.

Can the devs reproduce the issue? How? — Maybe, but not sure. Not exactly.

Have you tried any solutions? — I checked the integrity of the files, reinstalled the game.

For server issues, is the server Official / Public non-official / Private? — When creating the world I tried Public non-official and Private.
