Problem using the portal ( castle transition gate)

When I use the portal, it often does not go to the portal exit selection map. There is progress in use but it is reset upon completion. I can’t determine why, but it happens from time to time. I think this is an important bug as it can affect the gameplay. For example, when escaping from a player in pvp mode, the portal will not be active, I will not have time to fly to a friend to help, and so on.
