Visual issue

Report: The issue started on 9th March, 2024 when I reinstalled the game after a long pause (5 month at least). The screen flickers black: it becomes darker or even black few times per second or less. I tried to catch that moment on the attached screenshot. I don't have any mods nor I modified game files. I've tried to reinstall the game, update GPU drivers, .NET Framework and Visual C++ libraries. Nothing of it helped.
System Information: Windows 11 Home 64-bit, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H (20 CPUs), ~2.7GHz CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU (driver version 551.76), 16 GB RAM.
