Upgraded my Castle to level four, but quest didn't complete

Hi, I just levelled my Castle Heart from level three to four, and interacted with it.

I now have 180 floor tiles available, and all the perks of a level four castle, however the quest is not complete and I do not know what to do now. I have restarted the game, yet it still hasn't completed.

I didn't get the 'CLAIM' box.

I hope this can be fixed, I am loving V Rising so much! (I'm late to the fun, but already have 90 hours in game!) Thanks for an awesome game.

(Edit: I don't use any Mods.)

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are from V Rising Player Support and we're here to clarify things for you.

With regards to your concern, kindly be informed that the perks of a level 4 Castle Heart should yield you 260 Tile Borders and 8 Castle Power Slots. If you have completed the upgrade to level 4, this is the perks that you should have unlocked. However, based on your screenshot, you have the perks of a level 3 Castle Heart which is, 180 Floors/Borders and 6 Castle Power Slots which is correct. Additionally, if you have reached Castle Heart lv4, you should have also unlocked the Vampire Power: Dominate Mount.

Kindly double check your perks as it seems that it is correct for a level 3 Castle Heart.

Thank you. I have had the option to upgrade to level four for a while, (using glass and reinforced planks) and during this time I only had 100 tiles and five servants.
I saved the recourses to upgrade and did so last night, and the quest to upgrade to level four didn’t change, however my castle updated and I now have 180 tiles and six servants, so maybe the bug is that the quest writing jumped form castle level 2 to castle level 4 and skipped three?

I certainly updated it last night with reinforced planks and glass, and I have no idea what castle level three quest pieces are, because I didn’t use them to update.
