Crafting Stations

So I've noticed that this bug or issue mainly happens when I'm either inside or within proximity a certain crafting table. I'm not sure which yet. But my game would just freeze over after 10-15mins while I was in game refurbishing one of my castle rooms for crafting, dividing them up to be workshops, tailoring areas and what not, and after placing which I believe to be is the leather crafting table, shortly my game would freeze and I have to result to forcefully exit the game each time it happens.

The issue stops happening when I went out to track V Blood bosses. Game works just fine as usual, but when returning back to the castle where the crafting rooms are, my game would freeze again after 10-15mins of just going around my workshop. For reference I have two castles within my territory that I divided, the main castle has the castle heart and where my throne will be, the other building is where the crafting and refining is done, and it is where my game mostly freezes.
