v BLood tracking stopped

REPORT: V Blood Tracker is not working
The issue started after defeating Grethel The Glassblower; I returned to my castle and built several glass vials; when I returned to hunting, I could not track V blood bosses. All of my prior kills showed details, but the rest are just gray clouds with no shapes or silhouettes.
No Mods
Not sure; this issue popped up once before, after my first throne thrall missions, but restarting the game cleared it up; that does not work this time.
I scanned files twice using Steam and restarted multiple times.
