client crash causes unkillable zombie process.

BRANCH: hosted dedicated server on my PC using Haruhost server manager, not server launched through game.

REPORT:
First occurrence was on 4/9, happened again this evening 4/12. i have played several times in the past with no issues. I was playing fine for a week+ before the first occurrence.
While doing nothing in particular, the client crashed to not responding state. Steam still says running. Telling steam to stop, it just sits stating "Stopping". Task manager shows VRising as not responsive. End task on vrising makes the process vrising disappear, but the details tab still lists it there and Steam still thinks vrising is running. If i reboot pc, steam still thinks its running and i get no access if i try to end vrising in detail tab. Ended up having to do a system restore to resolve issue. Issue occurred first time with no mods. Second time with mods. Have a GTX 4090 GPU. drivers are up to date. Happy to provide more details.
