Can't place second castle heart

I have tried all over the map and in different areas. Made sure they were clear. No error messages, circle that forms when I position castle hard is blue and not red. I have the right resources. Still, it just says verbally that it has claimed this land or something similar. But the heart does not plunk down. I have 1 castle already. Trying to make the second one.

First and foremost, we would like to ask if this is from an official server? is it PVE/PVP? Can you also provide a screenshot of this including the message when attempting to put down another castle heart so we can check for reference?

I am just hosting it on my local PC, not on a cloud server. At least I don't think it is? It is PVE. Just me playing and set to PVE. There is no text message on the screen at all. It is a voice that will say "This land is mine" or other similar messages.

This is what I see when trying to place, but it just talks and then nothing happens. The map does light up white after I claim it.

I played with the settings file and turned it to 1 then back to 2. Seems to be working now.
