Dedicated Server not updated on Steam

Was playing all yesterday with my own dedicated server setup. Now that the game updated with the hotfix, I can't connect to the dedicated server anymore. Game version and dedicated server version are different. Not sure if dedicated server needs to also be updated on Steam in order to connect?
