Private Game/Dedicated Server weirdness

📋 Describe the Issue.

After starting up the 1.1 V Rising update, I started hosting a brand new dedicated server for playing with friends, but had not connected to it yet. I tried to create a private game, so I could mess around a little bit with the update before connecting to the dedicated server. This somehow caused me to connect to the dedicated server, although several things appeared as though it was a private game, such as the toggle pause button.
