Achievements incorrectly awarded
With the new 1.1 update on Steam, a couple of achievements are being awarded for performing actions related to the new bosses/stable item:
"A Perfect Test Subject" was awarded while interacting with the stable as a horse reached its stat cap for acceleration.
"Completed Act 2 on Brutal Difficulty" was awarded for killing Sir Erwin on brutal (no further boss tiers had been killed at this stage).
I have not been able to test further as these were some of the few achievements I had left to unlock.

JunnoI will also add that I got "a perfect test subject" just for tapping 100% blood from a prisoner. I had recently tried to use gruel on a different prisoner, who then mutated and was slain.

Jeritan ThorneI experienced this bug as well after defeating Sir Erwin. I also received the achievement for defeating Octavian, though he's level 61 and I haven't fought him yet

GwynofarI also experienced the bug for Act II on Brutal after defeating Sir Erwin (see image) on 5/2/2025. I cannot even see Octavian on my V Blood list.

DragonSlayer25I also experienced both of these. I got the “perfect test subject after feeding my recently imprisoned 100% blood a fish. I got the Act II achievement after killing Sir Erwin, this was on normal difficulty in single player.

dark1911Can confirm the same happened for me today. Defeating Sir Erwin on Brutal difficulty awarded Act 2 & Act 2 Brutal completion achievements with no higher bosses completed.

KirysI also got the "perfect test subject" after feeding rats or fish to an imprisoned 100% rogue (it had very low health). I had not even made or touched gruel in that playthrough.
